The history of CSG
CSG Limited evolved from a business started in Darwin in 1988 as a Xerox Business Centre. It became CSG when it expanded its services into the broader ICT industry.
This expansion of services and geographies originally took place in the Northern Territory and continued into Queensland, Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and more recently Auckland.
The company was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007. Denis Mackenzie is the Managing Director of CSG and the major foundation shareholder.
Denis has a strong mix of strategic, technical and financial skills and has been instrumental in driving the growth of the company. Our management team has a strong record of managing growth and building sustainable, consistent business.

Since inception CSG has enjoyed consistently strong growth, year on year, both in terms of revenue and employees. It is now one of the country's largest Australian owned and publicly listed ICT services firms employing more than 1200 people.
