Mr Josef Czyzewski, BCom

Non-Executive Chairman

Josef has had an extensive career in financial management and accounting, having retired in July 2010 from Healthscope Ltd where he held the role of Chief Financial Officer (6 years) and more recently Director of Strategy and Business Development.

Prior to joining Healthscope Ltd in 2002, Josef had a 32 year career with BHP Company Ltd and had held a number of senior accounting and finance roles including the role of Vice President Finance and Group Treasurer.

Josef is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of CSG’s Remuneration and Audit Committees.

Ms Julie-Ann Kerin

Julie-Ann Kerin has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive managing both private and public companies across the information technology sector.  Since 2008, she has been the Group-General Manager of the Technology Solutions Division of CSG, where she has overseen significant expansion of the business and delivery of some significant and innovative technology projects. Julie-Ann has also been responsible for transforming Technology Solutions into a business with a proven track record of achieving growth and winning some of CSG’s largest contracts.

Prior to joining CSG, Julie-Ann was responsible for the global management of operations and staff across Asia, the United States, Australia and Europe for a number of organisations.  As a Principal of Gramercy Venture Advisors, Julie-Ann focused on corporate finance and international business development. She has also held roles with IT companies Actuate, Haht Commerce, Genasys Inc.and Computer Power.  Julie-Ann is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Philip Chambers, BSc (Soc Sci) Bristol, England

Philip Chambers

Philip joined the board in February 2007. Philip was Managing Director of Fuji Xerox Australia from 1998 until his retirement in June 2006. Prior to this Philip worked for Rank Xerox Australia from 1985 holding management roles in Sydney and Auckland. Philip is a former Director of a peak ITC industry body - the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), as well as a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Mr Ian Kew, BEc

Non-Executive Director
Ian Kew Ian has been the Chief Executive Officer for Airport Development Group Pty Ltd for the last ten years. 

After graduating with an Economics Degree from Monash University, Ian joined Exxon for two years and then worked for Shell Australia for twenty years prior to joining NT Airports. At Shell Australia, Ian worked in a variety of oil marketing, operations, change management, strategy and special project positions in Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin and Melbourne.

Previously, Ian was Chair of the Darwin Symphony Orchestra, and also the Charles Darwin University Foundation.   Currently Ian is a Director of the Australian Airports Association (AAA) and a National Councillor of the Australian Business Arts Foundation (ABAF).  Ian has recently been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee of Tourism Top End and to the Board of MAGNT (Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory).  

Ian is the Chair of CSG’s Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Philip Bullock, BA, MBA, GAICD, Dip. Ed

Non-Executive Director
Philip Bullock Appointed a Director of CSG in August 2009, Mr Bullock was formerly Vice President, Systems and Technology Group, IBM Asia Pacific, Shanghai, China. Prior to that position he was Managing Director of IBM Australia and New Zealand. His IBM career spanned almost 30 years in the Asia Pacific region.  Philip is currently Chair of Skills Australia, a Federal Government Advisory Board, reporting to the Senator the Hon Christopher Evans, Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Perpetual Limited and was previously a non-executive director of Healthscope Limited. Philip is also is a member of the Federal Government's Education Investment Fund Advisory Board and previously the National Resources Employment Sector Taskforce. 

Philip is the Chair of CSG’s Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Tom Cowan

Non-Executive Director
Tom Cowan is a founding director of TDM Asset Management, a private, Sydney based investment group. Prior to founding TDM in 2005, Mr Cowan worked in mergers and acquisitions at Investec Wentworth and KPMG Corporate Finance, with a focus on the technology, gaming and healthcare sectors. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours – Class 1) from the University of Sydney. Mr Cowan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Baby Bunting Ltd, Australia’s largest baby goods retailer.
