Continuous Disclosure Policy

The company has adopted a continuous disclosure policy so as to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.

The Company Secretary is responsible for communications with the ASX including overseeing information going to the ASX, shareholders and other interested parties.

The aims of this policy are to:

assess new information and co-ordinate any disclosure or releases to ASX, or any advice required in relation to that information, in a timely manner; where relevant the Chairman and Managing Director are responsible for the approval of the appropriate disclosures under the continuous disclosure regime;

provide an audit trail of the decisions regarding disclosure to substantiate compliance with the company’s continuous disclosure obligations; and
