CSG placed on NSW whole of government ICT panel

CSG is pleased to announce that it has been successfully placed on a panel to provide ICT services to the whole of New South Wales Government. The new comprehensive panel is valid for three years from March 2009 until March 2012 and replaces previous ICT panel contracts which were in place.

This adds to the current panel contract CSG has in place with the South Australian state government.The NSW panel covers the provision of ICT services in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Management of Processes, Supply Chain Management, Document and Records Management, Content Management, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Data Management, Development and Integration, Collaboration, Search, Testing, Training, and Maintenance and Support. These are all key CSG capabilities of CSG’s Enterprise Services division.

Being selected as a provider is testament to the quality of services and solutions CSG has provided to government organizations across Australia to date. CSG is proud to have a strong track record of success in delivering services to the public sector including federal, state and local agencies.
