Our Solution

CSG was engaged to deliver the new system using its MOSS 2007 experience, having worked with it as a beta product. The proposed system included the following elements:

Real-time system integration was achieved with several key line-of-business systems including the established Document Management System (Hummingbird) and SAP. CSG’s engagement covered project management, business analysis and change and communication management in addition to technical leadership. CSG was also responsible for graphic design, and delivering an aestheticaly pleasing, user friendly interface.
