Puka Up
Puka Up is a new social enterprise founded by one of Australia’s leading mental health advocates, Wayne Schwass.
Each year Puka Up organise a gruelling 7 day bike ride, covering 1,433 kilometres from Sydney to Melbourne to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.
